Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. So , as a pharmacist you have job security because you have your registration and company only want you , just you have the pharmacist registration .

Well work culture,work satisfaction, work life balance , behaviour of the HR everything is bad . Actually they are double feces , when you join the company, their behaviour is very good but when you resign, they are very unethical. Also , their work place is worst , incharge, maneger will never grant your leave even though you aresick. Even the company doesn't leave you when you got the batter opportunity , because their notice period is 2month......even they doesn't release you when you are agree to give one month salary. Such pathetic. I got batter option in other company, they need urgent staff , but because of this worst company, lost my batter option....Read More
