The company is completely in degrowth situation and one of the main reasons are the two ZSM they are completely abusive, uneducated & zero knowledge about the field & Product they only know how to please their boss by oilinghis feet. They will only instruct there subordinates with illogical targets from the AC room and never visited field. Please think twice before joining this company as they started hire and fire policy. Well work culture,work satisfaction, work life balance , behaviour of the HR everything is bad . Actually they are double feces , when you join the company, their behaviour is very good but when you resign, they are very unethical. Also , their work place is worst , incharge, maneger will never grant your leave even though you aresick. Even the company doesn't leave you when you got the batter opportunity , because their notice period is 2month......even they doesn't release you when you are agree to give one month salary.
