The training programs for self help and improve personal productivity is good. The corporate functions such as Quiz, cricket tournaments etc

Dislikes

The job security is very bad. The company has set many values for employees to follow but the top management doesn't follow those values. Its a typical LALA company where they can terminate you any time but talks about values in paper a lot.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Not focused on brand building although Products are so quite good and primary order pressure too much and seniors threatened for quitting to job. Company shouldn't take review from ASM,RSM that why juniors and Distributors are left the such as good Company.
