The management is innovative and posted an appreciative growth in a short span. There is job security. The environment is warm that allows people to settle down quickly. The product basket is quite large and market friendly. Offers stiff competition to established brands. Good customer support team.

Dislikes

The culture openly promotes sycophancy over talent and commitment to the company. So people with less experience, low caliber and talent are seemingly in authority. The management does not appreciate honest feedback from employees. They are more comfortable with what is convenient or sounds good. The company lacks good management systems and skills that are necessary for its further growth. It also does not have the competence and experience to provide skilled training and learning to its employees regularly. Does not provide free hand/ authority to top managers to execute their experience and responsibility freely.
