1. Work life balance is pathetic. You'll work 12-14 hours. There are many times you start at morning 9 am and logout at 2 am in the night. Even on weekends you'll login at 9 am and logout at 2 am. 2. Layoffs: Every year layoff. I have seen layoff in 2023, 2024 both. And even good employees are thrown out because leadership doesn't understand who is working hard.
