Preferential political treatment, calls come in the last few moments of each day so people cant end work at scheduled time, the work is really about finding forms and then looking for information for filling out terrible forms at the start of each call trying to give tech support but the people that review call tickets later they need forms filled out for every phone call with forms that have nothing to do with helping people that call in so the work is tedious stress that is draining by the end of every day, working with regulated work steps that always change and are always unorganized, for very low pay.
