The company is not worth joining. they dont provide payslip, they dont provide offer letter, they harass employees, their team leads are inefficient. they do copy paste work from different websites. they force employees to leave the company and if you talk against management you are finished then and there. These people will never get a job in any other company with the kind of behaviour and skill sets they have. The company does not have a website also. A place where on a normal day your money gets deducted just cause the HR didn't see you for he was away from the office and the best part, you worked over time. Another interesting thing is that the HR of the company is also the owner so he is pretty much the dictator. I would hate for anyone to fall in their trap. Save yourself and don't join in.

Dislikes

Everything. The boss is a dictator and deducts money on days you are not only present but are doing overtime. Sick leaves are laughed at and money deducted is never given back.

There is no HR so the owner poses as the HR and that takes the unprofessional behavior to a whole different level. Money will be deducted from your salary, every month like clock work. They will find something to complain about. Fixed leaves might just turn out to be unpaid work days and partially is high on the list. Most importantly the bosses will hang up on you when you call them for projects that do not have any instructions on them, and then call you up to simply abuse you because they can. In short, everything. The higher ups need to attend classes on how to behave with employees. Very soon their pictures will be used as examples in the 'how to not be an absolute horror of an employer' handbook for dummies.
