Impressive work culture with no trace of office politics. Provides a flexible working hour. On-time payment without any delay. Lovely colleagues and a hardcore management. Considerate owner with an extremely linient working environment.

The hierarchy needs to be illustrated with more functional units, to handle diverse operations more easily. Infrastructure needs to be enhanced (a corporate office floor needs to be built and maintained for employee motivation)

I would like to say that despite many small and personal writing and research issues and loopholes respectively, I always find this organisation homely. Firstly I would like to say about the team leaders. Deblina, Rahul Samriddhi and Debarati all of the leaders are extensively helpful when it comes to clarification of any sort of doubts. The managers Sudipto, Trija and Koelia are the ones who work extra hard for all the team leaders and writers, are also highly competent in the field and managing the organisation. Mr. Kaushik Roy, the boss, can be considered to be the most humble and helpful leader of this entire organisation in terms of communication and transparency. The only issue in the organisation is some of the leaders take some mistakes personally and they personally questions writer's professionalism right away. I would suggest if any mistake is committed by any writer, they must not take it personally, and try to resolve the issue by talking to the writer about the issue only and not his or her Professionalism.
