Elite Hospitality Group is a well known brand in Bahrain founded by Dadabhai Group. I am working here for almost 18 months and in this 18 months I really had a friendly working environment where u have freedom of taking decisions, doing something which will enhance your skills, though it's a 4 star hotel business but our group is at par as 5 star because of its authentic hospitality.

Dislikes

The reason i want to move from Elite Hospitality Group: 1.Growth appraisals and increments are done every after 2 years. 2. Because of GCC economic situations, hotel business are affected so resulted in salary delays. 3. It's a believe that Bahrain is terror safe country or to a minimum risk and also a budget factor which resulted in security breach by not having latest technology and security equipments. So being a security professional and a career oriented personality I always wanted a challenging role but somewhere due to Treat Code factor i sometimes feel its lacking here what actually I wanted. I am not a person who works only for salary but wants to show my skills where it's really required and thus looking for something which is more challenging....Read More

Work Details

Being a Security Officer (Head of Department) I am looking after Security operations and Transport Facilities for the staffs.I have a team of 20 security guarding personells out of which 18 are Bahraini's, besides this I carry out audits, budgeting.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
