The only good thing about this company is that it can offer you a good package as compared to other competitors.

The work culture is very toxic, where you will always be unsure about your job security and also you will always be pushed for working extra hours and going that extra mile to acheive things and the saddest part is that no additional compensation is provided for the same.

This is an in-house company that is making its own identity; it is growth rapidly in its career paths. Everything from work life to motivation and culture is great. To be frank Salary is the only benefit.

This is a good company(in terms of salary benefits)with the worst environment. There is no proper allignment and the atmosphere is not meant for all. Properly relieved from the company after serving 2 months, got the F&F settlement around 75 days delayed, HR Operation team is very lethargic, didnt approve my PF till now(around 3 months). Company should have some proper team to handle these things rather than making the ex employees life miserable....Read More

Its great company to work. Having a very supportive management. There are lot of area to learn. By my management support i have come into star performer for continuous months. Its a place where recognition will be sure. This company is very different from the other company i work is that the identification of hard work and talent is fast.
