Its great company to work. Having a very supportive management. There are lot of area to learn. By my management support i have come into star performer for continuous months. Its a place where recognition will be sure. This company is very different from the other company i work is that the identification of hard work and talent is fast.

1. Work culture from morning(7am/8am- 9am Training) 9am to 7pm daily work as per company hours, later from 7pm to night 10-11pm reviews every day. 2. Need to work on all Saturdays and Sundays need to come to lift showroom as there should be person. 3. Partiality and politics 4. Hire and fire model 5. You cant raise the voice if you find mistakes from managers or management.

If you're someone who's passionate about sales and have hunger to earn you've definitely knocked the right doors. I have joined as a fresher in sales and started as an executive. Within 9 months I've been promoted to BDM with unimagined hike as well. To be frank Salary is the only benefit.

This is a good company(in terms of salary benefits)with the worst environment. There is no proper allignment and the atmosphere is not meant for all. Properly relieved from the company after serving 2 months, got the F&F settlement around 75 days delayed, HR Operation team is very lethargic, didnt approve my PF till now(around 3 months).
