Nothing good about this Company, I recommend not to join this Company

No work life balance, pressurized environment, mental harrasment, threatening of losing job , poor work management, manager not cooperative, poor behavior by manager towards their employees, Director also in manager's favour.

1. No job security. Specially in CLM department. 2. No salary hike. (Salary hike given to only Favourite employees). 3. Every month IER stress. (Monthly performance). On the basis of IER. You are terminated from Company. 4. No Overtime given to employees. Employees working more than 10 to 12 hours. 5. No leaves given to employees.
