1. Work shift: 9 hours. But employee work approximately 10-12 hours and NO OVERTIME given to employees especially in CLM department. 2. Lot of work pressure. 3. No job security. Every month stress due to IER ( every month report). 4. No salary hike even after 3 or 4 years. (Only Favourite employee get hike). Many of people have same salary after 4 years which is at the time of joining.
