Try to keep the employees motivated by rewarding them every quarter if they achieve their targets. Works professionally. Had some good clients to work with. You will learn the overall hiring process that too at all levels.

Currently, they lack roles to work on. The targets sometimes appear as unrealistic since they don't have that much work. They do not pay the incentives on time. Sometimes salary also gets delayed. Poor infrastructure. Old systems.

Not much pressure is there at the company and there is no work to do. No clients as such to work with but you have to achieve your targets...funny.

Dislikes

Salaries are never credited on time and the policies for benefits and R&R are no longer into action. Even the number of leaves are reduced from 18 to 8 removing all the basic and important festivals.
