Our boss is gentle man and a very kind human being. Company's HR is a Also very humble. He supported us in each and every worst condition.

If you don't know that how to buttering,then don't aspect promotion, appraisal high. Major of designers are doing job more than 10 years,and not know how to implement new design formulas. Doesn't know how to implement design. They're just doing drafting and following old reference design and orthodox practice. Dosn't space for innovative thinking.
