Electrotherm is very good company. It helps to enhance knowledge by training and different internal exams. Festival celebrates also very nice. Overall it's very nice to work with electrotherm. Feeling provide to be an ETIANS.

Work-Life Balance is awesome.Regular training is conducted. In Ahmedabad HO, you have 52 Sundays + 2nd & 4th Saturday Holidays + 36 Leaves + 7 Public holidays. (52+26+36+7 = 121 out of 365 days are holiday). Also, regular sports activities are conducted. Along with this, the company takes all employees (That's right, ALL of them) out for Yearly celebrations (2018 - Goa, 2019 - Rajasthan).

Dislikes

The company is run not like a business. Here, system implementations are non-existent. Rather, people do. Job satisfaction is not there. Your job profile will be tampered with, if not careful.

Nice work with this company, high quality products and has global client base. from this i travel abroad. Many things i learnt. another plus point is that my colleagues are very helpful and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is slow. on site to handling a customer very difficult from this we have to put our best and work about whole day.
