Only Job security, and Work life Balance is the only things I like about ERDA, If you're from a well settled family, don't have any financial commitments, then you can survive easily there. But as like other company internal politics is the worst thing here. They will always encourage new employees to leave the job, in such a way they will harass you nicely.

Dislikes

Bunch of Morons running the office, they don't know anything technically, even if you ask any simple question technically, they will divert the topic and start to blame you. Always mental harassment is there, They will hire you as a Engineer and put you in the labour role even for loading and unloading the goods coming to the office. They will send you to the site to collect transformer oil samples, you need to carry 50kgs weighted bags on your shoulder for that. Here No one cares about anyone. Even for clearing the tour bill which you have spent on official tour, they will take 2 months. I personally don't recommend any BE graduates to join here. Please don't commit suicide....Read More
