It's a worse company, Specially HR. NO ONE should join this company. There is no Job security. HR can terminate your services even you are on medical leave. They can terminate you to hide their blenders.

Politics of HR. This company spoils your personal and social life. Company HR has no clear vision. You have to work there minimum 12-14 hours in a day. They people have call after shift timings or on weekly off days. Every matter have to be responded within the moment.

Worst company they are hiring young people after completing 10+2. No leaves no flexi timings . Salary is very low. No admin and HR bother about their staff health First they said night shift will have transport After joining nothing Salary is for fresher 15k below

There is no uniform difference between PSE,TL or DO. Shift hours should be reduced form 10hrs to 08hrs with 02 weekoff.

I'll always remember Celebi as a blessing for I gained very good experience & learnt alot working with them so I only have good memories to think of there's nothing in particular to dislike cause minor distrubing things happen at all work places & Celebi was like a family to me ♥️
