About job security... i was expecting company to not lay off staffs but they did after waiting 1 year to join this company...got laid off still waiting to join back..people who joined later where still their working what about the one’s who came and joined before them..lot of politics..i was having lots and lots of expectation with this company.

They are not helping me in any kind, they just forced me to give resign otherwise they could terminate me in this situation where I needed the job most ..

Working culture, staff was not supportive even dominant IGN all the time , and most importantly management was not good.

I just had to stand all the time until counter don’t close after that we had to go on boarding gate side where we had to do paging to invite passengers to come on boarding.
