I love ElasticRun for the matter of the fact that they respect the individuality of the employee and help you grow for yourself and in this growth thus helping the organisation grow . As a fresher i got a good balance of experience and responsibilities with a balanced time to learn and handle responsibilities

There is imbalance of communication between business and tech team , many adhoc request make it difficult for tech people implement it in short span .distribution of work can be sometimes uneven
