Job not secure, Lay off started now. work culture not good, cross functional conflict is highest. management listen handpicked of people. Policies average still making it

Dislikes

Wrong promise made to employees regarding roles and profiles In most of the cases. Solution lacking on issues. Very conservate leadership. My way is high way culture. Don't take Last people feedback and input for improvement. Endless hierarchy
