The work life balance if is nice, nothing to say much on this. Team leads are so cool and helpful in every aspects of work.

Dislikes

The interview process is so ruthless. We were working in contract role and obtained awards and contributed so many things despite contract role than permanent employee. Job posting was given for 2 roles and post interview it was mentioned as only one role is available and one person will be hired. After so many contribution and doing multiple tasks early morning with good interview also, I was not pushed to next round of interview. I fought for the contribution and good interview that happened with me, still it was of no use and nobody cared about it. They taught me again that hard work and contributions never make sense to corporate companies....Read More
