Well, our company is reimbursing our travel bills which help us a lot in pandemic situation as travelling is quite expensive here comparative to my salary. Working hours are flexible though due to work we have to stay back and keep our things on track.

Dislikes

Everything is good, people are good and supportive. My personally feedback is for salary slab and position/ designation as salary should be defined as per work handled by an employee ( for example: if there are 3 people in a team except CM and 2 people are getting good salary or more than one and that one person is handling the morebusiness or departments. I might be wrong!!! No offence! Else, everything is great and people are very good....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
