Very bad work environment and culture. Teammates were good and the managements were very bad regarding to their employees. There were no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Nothing I like about Elcamino. I dislike every single thing from their environment to management behaviour.

The job was very irritating! As everyone struggle in every company but in this company their is no benefit of doing struggle. They didn’t give any chance to their employees like promotion or anything. No one helped me doing my work.
