Very bad work environment and culture. Teammates were good and the managements were very bad regarding to their employees. There were no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies were also too bad, there were only appraisals for four years on yearly basis and it was fixed rate of 10 percent per year although they were giving a very average salary to everyone for freshers and experience both....Read More

The job was very irritating! As everyone struggle in every company but in this company their is no benefit of doing struggle. They didn’t give any chance to their employees like promotion or anything. No one helped me doing my work.
