No senior team support, Impossible costing management, senior team continuesly ignoring ground level team. And thinking they will work like a robot 16/18 hours.

No good culture, no increament, no good management, no job security. You don't paid you own deduction. No learning, No promotion. Don't try to join flipkart otherwise you will feel failure in spite of skilled and a strong experience just because of no growth and learning organisation.
