It's a total loss of health and personal life in flipkart, specially in line Haul team. Emvoirment is huge toxic and so many things are untolerable, but have to tolerate.

But sometimes don't like the hub environment because of somedays I working 20 hours in a day but nobody recognises this things. And some company officials not good manners. and without any ID some official force to resign for this job. So after onboarding I resign for this job.

One good thing about Flipkart is that the Management and ground staff are all waiting for a job opportunity to leave the organisation.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance, rarely any promotions with 5-10% increment if lucky!. Always low on resources and consistenly will try to put individuals in tight situations with unbearable pressure.
