Nothing as such. At the beginning everything will be good but after a while everyone come to know about the facts and figures.

Most third class department is the HR department. No support from HR. they just want us to work like donkeys but in return when you talk about salary hike or job security they don't even reply to messages even they don't respond to calls. Second is the management. They never focus on the ground teams. Ground teams who is working inoff roll TL no benefit for them is provided. Infact no bonus nothing....Read More
