Full of politics in between HMT and management managers, no job security as they hired on 3 party payroll. The giving the lollipop that they will promote you guys. The working time is more than 12 hours, i personally worked 16 hours in BBD but not even single penny given to me. No employee care department was there.

Please balance with old or new employee. You have to pay the new employee of higher salary like new rate of card and your old empleyee working less salary of against of new employee. Which are created the issue of old employee mind and this is the best reasone to move on another platform. Sorry to say.....

Good work culture in Flipkart We talk about our business every day through Google Meet and in this way we also get to meet new people in our team and can put forward our point in the middle of that discussion.

In Flipkart, everyone is not being given the same treatment. Those who do not know are being promoted in some way and those who understand the process are being made to do the same work.

Worst HR and Managers. They only want there targets to be fulfilled at any cost and no resolution to ground staff problems. HR is the worst in Flipkart. Feverism is there and appraisal will be given to only favourite employees.

No good culture, no increament, no good management, no job security. You don't paid you own deduction. No learning, No promotion. Don't try to join flipkart otherwise you will feel failure in spite of skilled and a strong experience just because of no growth and learning organisation. Totally worsted for me and everyone is working with flipkart.

As per industry norms Logistics sector is a challenging work but still this company dominating many competitor by giving bonus & extra favour on salary for the delivery boys.

Everything is best at all in flipkart but company need to improve the tech changes to make work simple and easy for delivery boys(like one touch solution in kirana operations, transparency).

In the Flipkart there is a very much partiality with new join candidates because everyone in my entire in hub TS and incharge are believe with old candidates they can't support to a new planets this is a very much disgusting thing in a ekart logistics.

Nothing, Because Some RM & HRs are worked monopoly . That's why maximum employees are unable to their work happily. They are always trying to dominate to employee & scares. If any employee do not accept their order, then transfer & PIP ready for him. So, that now a days few area manger are resigned their current post. If you want to their name I will share to you.

Company provides a safe space for all employees and is very employee friendly. Especially the HR policies and procedures were great.

Still works like an Indian red taped company and forgotten its startup culture. even though being a tech driven organisation, the standard of technology employed was poor compared to its peers.
