While I takeimmense pride in being part of Ekart's journey, the absence of professional advancement has been discouraging. Many of us on the ground work tirelessly to ensure seamless operations, often going above and beyond to uphold the company’s standards. Yet, the lack of avenues for career progression and acknowledgment of this effort impacts morale and motivation. The company, Walmart, is excellent. However, the Indian higher management lacks an understanding of the ground challenges faced by the team. They implement the SOP without any discussion with the ground team, and when difficulties arise, they place the blame on them.
