Work culture is well and getting in discipline from last 1 month,due to change in working structure and SOPs. Very good decision for appointing new director,very impressed with his working style

Very first thing company AM and RM they don't know the SOP and work like donkey taking load and pressure. Were we can work easily there they create issues for there promotions and all....and even company have to understand that becoz of ground level performance (WM) there are earning profit.But no value for delivery boys here in company....and company employee don't follow SOP of company...FST team is one of the worst part of the company. After paying them 100k per month. We getting reply from them to cancel the FST tickets and all and getting pressure from AM to get recovery... ground lvl employee life is worst in Flipkart..at ground lvl we are fighting with stores person or wm for recovery....for God blessed we are fine till now...if something happens to over life with arguing or fighting with them who will be responsible for our life....if company don't have that potential to get the recovery done through FST team...they don't have any right to make harrasment of ground lvl employees...Read More
