More than 9 hour working hours in Last mile Grocery operations. Bad work culture in Last mile Grocery. very slow resolution by tech team. No proper process setup by Finance. High work load due to the lack of process gap. As a female I never recommended to join Flipkart because there is no work life balance. No learning and Skills development. I have cleared my Fliphead Exam still No promotion and I asked to move me for the other department but No one have time to place a right talent for the right place. Nothing i like.. toxic culture in operations, always calls and meetings, top management has all Tamilians, and they are building Tamil culture.. Ridiculous...!!!
