Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They provide good food free of cost and a lot cultural fests are held

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Employees need to work for 12 hrs where as they mention 9 hrs in the contract. They managers don't behave properly. Even after complaining nothing changes
