Drink Preparation & Mixology

• Create classic and innovative cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Ensure proper mixing techniques, glassware selection, and garnishing for each drink.
• Stay updated on current mixology trends and experiment with new ingredients and flavours.
• Follow recipes and standard drink measurements to maintain consistency.

Customer Service

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and provide pairing suggestions.
• Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions when possible.
• Ensure a positive and engaging atmosphere at the bar.

Bar Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain a well-stocked bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
• Set up and break down the bar station before and after shifts.
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and organized bar.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed.
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to all local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Prevent over-serving and handle difficult situations professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist in a restaurant, bar, or nightclub.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bar supplies when needed.

Work Environment

• Evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required.
• Loud and energetic bar setting.
