Likes : Some seniors are supportive, helpful and understanding Dislikes : At the time of interview they offer more and they actually pay too less plus pay cut during this pandemic which can be accepted. Too much of work pressure. Favouritism is too high. Appreciation is zero.

At the time of interview they offer more but actually pay too less plus pay cut during this pandemic, which can be accepted. Too much of work pressure. Managers force to stretch work for luke 10-11 hrs. One day weekly off. Favouritism is too high. Appreciation is zero.

Work Details

Terrible. They say its a team work but actually they make us work for more than 10 hrs. Sunday is the only holiday. There is personal life as per company.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
