There is no system to operate on. Things keep on changing continuously. Working office location is not so fixed they keep changing all the time. You might be working for one branch but all of sudden you will be moved to some other branch. There is no proper training available for the employees. But the owner do care of his employeesright from providing lunches to limiting working hours. The management is not so good. Your salary will be decreased to 30% if you haven’t met the targets. I'd like to share my recent experience with Egniol. I had an interview today and I must admit, I was bit nervous at the start. Mr Harshil Shah the interviewer was incredibly humble and reassuring. He told me that we all are human and that being nervous is natural and i can have some water and start it again. Mr Darji the VP was alsopresent in the interview. This entire company is based on scam, they qre fooling and charging huge amount of money in the mame of consultancy just for applying govt. Grants which is totally free of cost. Their employees don't even fill the correct details in the application forms as the client never knows about this. This is a huge scam, effecting Indian startups in a negative way.
