The incentive policy in the sales department is excellent.The work environment is good, with supportive colleagues and a decent incentive structure. Every day here is challenging, and you have the potential to earn more than twice your salary.

I'd like to share my recent experience with Egniol. I had an interview today and I must admit, I was bit nervous at the start. Mr Harshil Shah the interviewer was incredibly humble and reassuring. He told me that we all are human and that being nervous is natural and i can have some water and start it again. Mr Darji the VP was alsopresent in the interview. Despite my initial jitters the interview when decently. After the interview Mr Shah provided me with his valuable feedback on my strengths and areas of improvement.
