I'd like to share my recent experience with Egniol. I had an interview today and I must admit, I was bit nervous at the start. Mr Harshil Shah the interviewer was incredibly humble and reassuring. He told me that we all are human and that being nervous is natural and i can have some water and start it again. Mr Darji the VP was alsopresent in the interview. This entire company is based on scam, they qre fooling and charging huge amount of money in the mame of consultancy just for applying govt. Grants which is totally free of cost. Their employees don't even fill the correct details in the application forms as the client never knows about this. This is a huge scam, effecting Indian startups in a negative way.

Attractive incentive policy. Team members are very cooperative and helpful. Positive and encouraging work environment.

Dislikes

As of now, there is nothing to dislike, but having Saturdays off would be appreciated.
