Absolutely ZERO job security. They will literally treat you like a joke and not even think that it can affect someone's life! The management is full of inexperienced and dumb people who take impulsive decisions and once you make a MINUTE mistake, you will be terminate on spot with no notice. Not recommending! Dislikes

The organisation being totally remote is not well organised, from recruiting team to managers all are saving their jobs. I applied and was interviewed for auto cad position, later at the time of joining the HR appointed me for the revit position which lead to a lot of confusion. Not a good choice if you are looking for some good architecture design
