Effectual hires/promotes people with below-average skills as managers. Because these people cannot utter a word against any rash decision of the management. Salary hikes are sometimes in hundreds(850 pm). Yes!! They hire trainees on a minimum stipend and once the trainee is made permanent, the hike he will receive will be calculated on his stipend. 8-10% hike on 12K!!!! Performance awards are rarely given on merits. Clerical staff of government department of some rural location would have a better thinking than the management here....Read More

Effectual Services was the last company I was on the payrolls of. I work as a freelancer now. It was more like a family for me with a very approachable top management. It operates with good intent especially at the top and that is what trickles down to the junior levels. Overall, I had an enriching experience as I learnt about the IPR domain and got the opportunity to work with some of the best brains in that domain. I think there was nothing that I disliked about the company per se. I moved on since because I had other ambitions. In fact, Effectual Services has been one of the better places I've worked with.
