There is no perfect management. That they always think about the good for there workers. They always say this is business.

Very Challengeng because every work need to finish in shorter time. They always compress the original schedule. And the company. Always mentioned on the tool box talk. About a lot of money was lost because of delay on schedule.

In our job as a scaffolder it is not easy to climb up and down on the pipes we are wearing so our workflow is very dangerous so we just have to maintain our safely so we can go home safely
