It can give me, a chance to provide a good life for my family's. And given me a chance to adopt other work or skill as a piping foreman in this company. Because sometimes day assign me in structural work like erection of beams, column, assembly of platform and gratings. Sometimes in hydro testing. And punchlist clearing. There is no perfect management. That they always think about the good for there workers. They always say this is business.

Very Challengeng because every work need to finish in shorter time. They always compress the original schedule. And the company. Always mentioned on the tool box talk. About a lot of money was lost because of delay on schedule.
