The best thing about Edwise is that the employer knows how to squeeze each employee to last possible limit without any kind of appreciation.

Dislikes

The proprietors are extremely self-centred. They have even taken away the gifts given to me by the University Delegates. There is no growth plan. The company does not believe in trusting their own employees. Each employee is asked to spy on the other, including the office boys. Its a completely unethical and non-friendly environment to work.

This company have around 24 branches across India.. I am talking about my branch in Kerala.. There is no that much work pressure which make ourselves not tired in doing the job

No flexibility for trainers , poor salary and no growth opportunities. Politics! Pathetic work environment, crammed in a tiny office with age old computers, ac that does not work most of the time , bathroom used by everyone. Bad.
