Well I never had job security from my senior side because they are the one who actually want me not to work at Edwise. Work culture like rules keep changes as my per branch manager mood swings and benefits. Good thing is Director listen you.

Dislikes

Harassment by branch senior not from organisation. Only bad thing is that no changes can be done after the feedback.

The best thing about Edwise is that the employer knows how to squeeze each employee to last possible limit without any kind of appreciation.

Dislikes

The proprietors are extremely self-centred. They have even taken away the gifts given to me by the University Delegates. There is no growth plan. The company does not believe in trusting their own employees. Each employee is asked to spy on the other, including the office boys. Its a completely unethical and non-friendly environment to work.
