There is no job security in this company at any time they will put you under performance review and within a day they will ask you give resignation. Work culture is worst in this company as there is no ethics. Management does not know how to manage its own employees they just need to get the work done nothing else. If your a local person you will be getting all possible support from the owners of this company even if you have done a huge mistake at work , and if you are not from Local or of there caste they will keep insult you in front of everyone and on daily review meeting they will humiliate you in every possible way. No working culture asthey keep on changing there working style and 95% of work is done on manual basis and those who have worked before in a systematic company they will find it very difficulty to adjust in this company as the owner has plenty of funding but they don't have brains to operate and the worst thing in this company is the company HR.. the HR of this company is a worst as whenever we call them for any help or suggestions they are not interested to listen and more of it HR does not know what the HR stands for a company. And 99% staff in this company are of same caste of the owners of this company. And they will offer you salary at the time of interview and once ur selected they will give you a offer and once you joined they will change the CTC (Lesser than offered) and later they will give you an option that take it or leave it......Read More
