Work culture is worst in this company as there is no ethics. Management does not know how to manage its own employees they just need to get the work done nothing else. And about company policy there is no such policy as they keep changing there company policies as per there mood and needs..

.... And 99% staff in this company are of same caste of the owners of this company. And they will offer you salary at the time of interview and once ur selected they will give you a offer and once you joined they will change the CTC (Lesser than offered) and later they will give you an option that take it or leave it...

There is nothing to like in this company as it's run by a women who keeps forgetting things said to her mins back and all she know is to trap you with power of her cop husband and make u work like a slave
