There is no job security in this company at any time they will put you under performance review and within a day they will ask you give resignation. Work culture is worst in this company as there is no ethics. Management does not know how to manage its own employees they just need to get the work done nothing else. And about company policy there is no such policy as they keep changing there company policies as per there mood and needs..

And they will offer you salary at the time of interview and once ur selected they will give you a offer and once you joined they will change the CTC (Lesser than offered) and later they will give you an option that take it or leave it...
