If i need to describe the culture in few words-" Work Hard, Party Harder". Management is expecting everyone to work hard. They set the example by working with the team. Lot of focus on Positive thinking and positive work culture. The working culture is "Startup Culture" where people are expected to have multiple profiles depending upon the work demand.

Dislikes

Perfection and company culture brings pressure of the work. You are supposed to be the owner of the work. But Management wants everyone to exit the office at 6:30 PM in the evening. They do not like anyone to work late.

It feels like you are running a marathon. Slow and steady. Management works with you and shows you the way. Lot of attention to details and students.

Dislikes

Work-life balance tilted towards work. Many times, the work follows you at home.
