I recently had the unfortunate experience of working here, and I must say it was one of the most disheartening professional environments I've encountered. The company’s work culture is toxic, with little to no support for employees. There’s a lack of teamwork and collaboration, with many individuals focused solely on their own taskswithout any effort to assist one another. Communication is poor, leading to confusion, frustration, and unnecessary mistakes that could easily have been avoided with better coordination. The working environment itself is just as discouraging. The office space is outdated, cramped, and uninspiring, which only adds to the overall sense of discomfort. It seems like there’s little regard for employee well-being, both physically and mentally. The workload is often unreasonable, with no work-life balance and unrealistic expectations, making it difficult for employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To make matters worse, the behavior of the HR department is appalling. Instead of being a resource for support, they seem to be completely disconnected from the realities of the workplace. They are dismissive of employee concerns, unresponsive to feedback, and lack any genuine care for resolving issues. Any attempt to raise concerns about workplace conditions is met with indifference, and it feels like the HR team’s only priority is protecting the company’s reputation rather than advocating for the employees. It gives good work life balance. No one is bound to sit after office hours.. As a managerMr. Arvind is doing greate job.. The staff is also helpful and dedicated.

Few employees have language issues, they don't understand the limit when it comes to joke or criticism...using abusive language is very normal and some times taken as jokes.. Gender discriminative jokes are a common thing every now and then.

Pathetic Environment, management and HR are like CCTV camera, even any employee eating something, walking tp the reception, having a healthy conversation with team mates. The company is like hell because the people are not good, they are sick and of low mentality. The director want to earn money for himself, no consideration for any employee,s hard work and dedication.

Company culture as I have the best seniors. Skill development as if you want you can learn a lot and every one helps you if you required. Promotion and appraisal as you will get your raise as expected or more than that if you have given your 100% company seniors always praise.
