Huge politics, non deserving employee get every thing without doing any sales , favouritism is really exist you will understand when you join , despite of having better skills then others you will have to face this situation. No leave even you have to work on your off day and no extra pay is there. You are talking with potential lead and the lead is given to other employee just because he is favourite person of maneger, and maneger will force you to give this lead to him/her, you can't able to stop him, and very next morning he will call you up in the morning meeting and scold you or you can say insult you why are u not able to do sales. This company did trouble for the leaving documents and other things.... They want us to follow company policies but are not able to follow those policies.....i only got disadvantage working here.
